Ultrasonic dispersing processor is a kind of ultrasonic treatment equipment for material dispersion, which has the characteristics of strong power output and good dispersion effect. The dispersing instrument can achieve the dispersion effect by using the liquid cavitation effect.

Compared with the traditional dispersion method, it has the advantages of strong power output and better dispersion effect, and can be used for the dispersion of various materials, especially for the dispersion of nano materials (such as carbon nanotubes, graphene, silica, etc.). At present, it is widely used in biochemistry, microbiology, food science, pharmaceutical chemistry and zoology.

The instrument consists of two parts: ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic generator (power supply) is to change the single-phase power of 220VAC and 50Hz into 20-25khz, about 600V alternating power through frequency converter, and to drive the transducer with appropriate impedance and power matching to make longitudinal mechanical vibration, The vibration wave can void the dispersed samples by the titanium alloy amplitude changing rod immersed in the sample solution, so as to achieve the purpose of ultrasonic dispersion.

Precautions for ultrasonic dispersing instrument:

1. No load operation is not allowed.

2. The water depth of the luffing rod (ultrasonic probe) is about 1.5cm, and the liquid level is more than 30mm. The probe should be centered and not attached to the wall. Ultrasonic wave is vertical longitudinal wave, so it is not easy to form convection if it is inserted too deep, which affects the crushing efficiency.

3. Ultrasonic parameter setting: set the key to the working parameters of the instrument. For the samples (such as bacteria) with sensitive temperature requirements, ice bath is generally used outside. The actual temperature must be less than 25 degrees, and protein nucleic acid will not denaturate.

4. Vessel selection: how many samples will be selected as large beakers, which is also beneficial to the convection of samples in ultrasonic and improve the efficiency of ultrasonic dispersing instrument.
