Ultrasonic cell crusher is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that uses strong ultrasound to produce cavitation effect in liquid and ultrasonic treatment of substances. It can be used for the crushing of a variety of animal and plant cells and virus cells. At the same time, it can be used for emulsification, separation, extraction, defoaming, degassing, cleaning and accelerating chemical reaction.
Ultrasonic comminution uses the dispersion effect of ultrasonic wave in the liquid to make the liquid produce cavitation, so as to break the solid particles or cell tissues in the liquid. The conventional use method is to put the material to be crushed into the beaker, turn on the power to set the time (vibration time and intermittent time), and put the probe of the crusher into the material.
In the process of use, the ultrasonic generator circuit converts 50 / 60Hz electricity into 18-21khz high-frequency and high-voltage electricity. Therefore, a large amount of heat will be produced in the crushing process, which is generally broken under the ice bath. It is applied to teaching, scientific research and production in biochemistry, microbiology, pharmaceutical chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, zoology, agronomy, pharmacy and other fields.

Precautions for use of ultrasonic crushing equipment:
1. Remember empty vacation: This is very important. Start the air overload without inserting the luffing rod of the crushing equipment into the sample. After the air overload for a few seconds, the noise of the crushing equipment will become louder in the later use. Remember to empty the equipment. The longer the empty time, the greater the damage to the instrument.
2. The water depth of the horn (ultrasonic probe): About 1.5cm, the liquid level height is more than 30mm, and the probe should be centered and not attached to the wall. Ultrasonic wave is a vertical longitudinal wave, which is too deep to form convection and affect the crushing efficiency.
3. Parameters of ultrasonic crushing equipment: please refer to the operation manual and set the working parameters of the instrument, mainly the parameters of time, ultrasonic power and the selection of containers.
4. During daily maintenance, scrub the probe with alcohol or ultrasonic with clean water after use.
