Graphene, an allotrope of carbon, possesses exceptional material properties such as strength, hardness, and lifespan. In recent years, its applications have become increasingly widespread. To incorporate graphene into composite materials and maximize its effects, it must be dispersed into a few or even a single nanolayer. The higher the degree of depolymerization, the more pronounced the effect of graphene. Ultrasonic homogenizer dispersion equipment uses the high-frequency vibration of an ultrasonic rod at 20,000 times per second to generate high shear force, overcoming the van der Waals forces between nanolayers, thus dispersing multilayer graphene or graphite into few or even single-layer graphene.
