Nano-silver powder (HW-A110) refers to metallic elemental silver with a particle size in the nanometer range, typically 20nm, 50nm, 80nm, and 100nm, appearing as a grayish-black solid powder. It is a functional material widely used in electronics, chemicals, materials science, and other fields, and its preparation process and quality have a significant impact on the performance of the final product. The ultrasonic-assisted silver powder preparation method involves introducing ultrasound into a reaction vessel and conducting a redox reaction under high-speed stirring to generate silver powder. The cavitation effect of ultrasound and the mechanical shear force generated by the surfactant under high-speed stirring break down a large number of bubbles into smaller bubbles. The presence of numerous small bubbles acts as nuclei in the reaction system, promoting the formation of smaller silver grains. Under the influence of surface energy, these grains aggregate into porous, near-spherical silver powder. To prevent secondary agglomeration of the generated powder, a coating liquid is added, thus utilizing micro- and nano-bubbles to form smaller particles.
