Ultrasonic is an application of sonochemical equipment, which can be used for water treatment, solid-liquid dispersion, de agglomeration of particles in liquid, promoting solid-liquid reaction and so on. Ultrasonic disperser is a process of dispersing and reuniting particles in liquid through the “cavitation” effect of ultrasonic wave in liquid.

The ultrasonic disperser is composed of ultrasonic vibration parts and special driving power supply for ultrasonic. The ultrasonic vibration parts mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head (transmitting head), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and transmit the vibration energy to the liquid. When ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the liquid, due to the high sound intensity, a strong cavitation effect will be excited in the liquid, resulting in a large number of cavitation bubbles in the liquid. With the generation and explosion of these cavitation bubbles, micro jets will be generated to break up the liquid and major solid particles. At the same time, due to the vibration of ultrasonic, the solid and liquid are mixed more fully, which promotes most chemical reactions.

The lower part of the dispersion plate of the instrument is in a laminar flow state, and the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse each other to play a role in dispersion. It has many functions, such as hydraulic lifting, 360 degree rotation, stepless speed regulation and so on. 2-4 containers can be configured at the same time. The hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000mm and 360 degree rotation function can better meet the multi-purpose of one machine. It can change from one cylinder to another in a very short time, which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

The strong centrifugal force throws the materials from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. At the same time, the materials are preliminarily dispersed by the comprehensive forces such as liquid layer friction, centrifugal extrusion and hydraulic impact. It can shear, crush, impact and disperse materials at high speed, and achieve the functions of rapid dissolution, mixing, dispersion and refinement.

Make the slurry flow in a rolling annular flow and generate strong vortices. The particles on the slurry surface fall to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape, forming a turbulent zone at the edge of the dispersion plate at 2.5-5mm, and the slurry and particles are strongly sheared and impacted. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, and the amplitude is generally several microns. Such amplitude power density is not enough and can not be used directly.
