I. Pre-Installation Preparation
Verify the ultrasonic homogenizer mixer model, accessories, and instruction manual. Inspect the appearance, wiring, and probe for damage.
Select a flat, stable, and dry installation surface, away from water sources, corrosive gases, and strong electromagnetic interference sources.
Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the ultrasonic mixer‘s rated voltage and equip it with a properly grounded independent power socket.
II. Installation Steps
Place the main unit in a stable position. Connect the ultrasonic probe, amplitude transformer, and other components, and tighten them securely to ensure there is no looseness.
Connect the power cord and control wires according to the instruction manual, avoiding cable compression or bending.
Place the tank to be stirred and adjust the probe height so that the ultrasonic probe is immersed in the medium to a suitable depth, generally without touching the bottom of the container.
After checking that all connections are correct, conduct a no-load test run and observe whether the ultrasonic homogenizer operates normally.
III. Precautions for Use
Prolonged no-load operation of the ultrasonic homogenizer is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the transducer and probe.
Avoid direct contact between the human body and vibrating parts during operation to prevent burns or mechanical damage. Set power and time appropriately according to the characteristics of the medium to avoid overload operation and overheating.
When stirring volatile, flammable, or corrosive media, take protective measures and maintain ventilation. Unauthorized operation is strictly prohibited.
If abnormal noise, overheating, or abnormal vibration occurs during operation, stop the ultrasonic mixer immediately for inspection.
Keep the ultrasonic mixer clean. Clean the probe promptly after use to prevent corrosion from residual media.
Regularly inspect connecting cables, fasteners, and the heat dissipation system to ensure stable and reliable ultrasonic homogenizer mixer operation.
IV. Maintenance and Storage
When the ultrasonic homogenizer is not used for a long period, disconnect the power supply, clean and dry it, and store it in a cool, ventilated place.
Non-professionals must not disassemble or modify the ultrasonic homogenizer. Malfunctions should be repaired by qualified personnel.
Perform regular maintenance according to the frequency of use to extend the service life of the ultrasonic homogenizer.
