2. Only suitable tools can be used. The use of damaged, inferior or substitute tools will cause injury to operators.

3. Keep the equipment clean as a whole. Leaking hydraulic oil, oil, butter, tools and sundries may lead to accidents.

4. Shut down the engine before inspection and maintenance. If the engine must be started, the safety locking lever shall be placed in the locked position, and the maintenance work shall be completed by two people. The maintenance personnel shall be particularly careful.

5. Before maintenance and repair, all movable working devices shall be lowered to the ground position. The boom and stick angle should be maintained at 90 to 110 °, then lower the bucket with the bottom facing down, support the machine, and then support the machine with a safe support. If the machine is poorly supported, do not work under it.

Note: do not run without load, start or stop at a slow speed, and clean it after operation. The dispersion impeller under the dispersion shaft is a sawtooth impeller. The circumferential edge of the impeller is staggered up and down into a sawtooth shape, and its inclination angle is 20 ° ~ 40 ° along the tangent direction. When the impeller rotates, the vertical edge surface of each tooth can produce strong impact.
