So what should be paid attention to in the process of using ultrasonic laboratory dispersion equipment?

1. During maintenance, hang a “no operation” warning sign at the control lever. If necessary, warning signs shall also be hung around it. If someone starts the engine or pulls the lever, it will cause serious injury to the staff.

2. Only suitable tools can be used. The use of damaged, inferior or substitute tools will cause injury to operators.

3. Keep the equipment clean as a whole. Leaking hydraulic oil, oil, butter, tools and sundries may lead to accidents.

4. Shut down the engine before inspection and maintenance. If the engine must be started, the safety locking lever shall be placed in the locked position, and the maintenance work shall be completed by two people. The maintenance personnel shall be particularly careful.
