Equipment Overview
A continuous ultrasonic processing system is a continuous processing unit consisting of two or more ultrasonic reaction chambers connected in series. The reaction chamber concentrates the strongest ultrasonic vibration energy, which continuously processes the material without dead angles, thereby quickly obtaining finer and more stable nanomaterials.
The continuous ultrasonic processing system is a highly flexible system. We can design different reaction chambers according to the customer's material and flow rate requirements, and we can also adjust the number of reaction chambers to meet different processing volume requirements.
